§ 27A-501. Applicability.

(a)

The urban space and recreation standards apply to new development as well as the reconstruction of existing Streets and other public (and publicly accessible) spaces.

(b)

The urban space and recreation standards establish the rules and standards for the public realm, especially Streets and sidewalks.

(c)

The urban space and recreation standards ensure equitable access to parks and recreation amenities for all residents, workers, and visitors within Urban Centers and Corridor Nodes.
