No person shall maintain upon the premises of real property which is used for housing
and which has, in fact, been leased, sold, assigned, transferred, or otherwise disposed
of, for a period in excess of fourteen (14) days after the execution of any contract
or written agreement for the sale, lease, assignment, or transfer thereof, any sign
or other display, indicating that the property is still being offered for lease, sale,
assignment, or transfer.
