§ 2-218. Solicitation of real estate dealings.

No person shall solicit the sale or purchase of real estate, as defined by Section 2-186(a)(16), where such soliciting is of residential single-family units, unless such solicitation is limited to random and isolated inquiries not of a systematic design to cover a substantial section of any neighborhood for individual listings of property for sale.
