§ 2-253.18. Violations and penalty.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this Division by doing business within the County as a building contractor as defined herein without a license or after a license shall have been suspended or revoked shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) or imprisonment of not more than six (6) months, or both.
