§ 2-418. Acceptance of money or property from County.

The Trust is hereby authorized to receive and the County is authorized to pay over and transfer to the Trust from time to time monies or properties to carry out the purposes of the Trust. The County may appropriate from time to time such sums as are determined to be necessary and appropriate for the purposes of the Trust.
