§ 2-443. Budget development.

(a)

The Commission shall be advised of major budgetary changes to County Departments which administer programs and services for children, youth, and families which will have significant impact on the current service delivery system.

(b)

The Commission shall be given the opportunity to provide input on the establishment of program priorities for budget development and allocation of resources relating to children, youth, and families.

(c)

The Commission shall make recommendations to the County Executive regarding the formulation, management and execution of a children, youth and families budget for Prince George's County.
