§ 31-122. Nondiscrimination and affirmative action.

In the exercise of its powers, functions and duties, including the making of loans and the employment of personnel, the Authority shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, sex, or national origin, and shall recognize the affirmative action policies of the County.
