§ 32-201.05. Reporting.

The Director of the Department of the Environment shall provide an annual report to the County Council on the Stormwater Management Retrofit Program on or before December 31st of each year for the previous fiscal year, to include:

(a)

The number of applications received;

(b)

The number of applications denied;

(c)

The amount and types of rebate applications approved; and

(d)

The location by Council District of the number of applications received and denied and the amount and types of rebate applications approved.
