§ 3-118. Duty of charging officer.

(a)

Each police officer or Animal Control Officer who issues a violation notice or citation to an alleged violator shall:

(1)

Promptly file the original copy with the Administrator; and

(2)

Appear for the hearing of such citation should it proceed to hearing.
