§ 5-222. Revocation of licenses.

For serious or repeated violations of this Division, or for interference with the County Health Officer in the performance of his duties, any license required by this Subdivision may be revoked after an opportunity for a hearing has been provided by the County Health Officer. A written notice of such revocation and written notice of the hearing shall be given to the licensee.
