§ 5-105. Hours of operation.

No club licensed under the provisions of this Division shall operate or remain open or permit any member or any other person to remain on the premises for the purpose of consuming alcoholic beverages between the hours of 2:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. on every day except Sunday, and between the hours of 12:00 Midnight Saturday until 8:00 A.M. Sunday. Such clubs shall be required to close from 2:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M. on all days to permit airing and cleaning.
