§ 5-256. Inspections.

The County Health Officer shall periodically, but no less than four (4) times a year, three (3) of which shall be unannounced, check with each licensed facility for compliance with State and County standards where applicable. Periodic inspections shall to the extent feasible be in lieu of and not in duplication of inspections by the State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
