§ 5-260. County regulations.

The County Health Officer shall periodically review the State Regulations on nursing homes, domiciliary care homes, long term intermediate care facilities or personal care intermediate care facilities, subject to the rules and regulations contained in Sections 10.07.02, 10.07.03, 10.07.05 and 10.07.06 of the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR), and shall recommend to the County Board of Health where deemed necessary or desirable the adoption of additional or more stringent regulations.
