Any person who shall establish, conduct, maintain or operate a nursing home, domiciliary
care home, long term intermediate care facility, or personal care intermediate care
facility subject to the rules and regulations contained in Sections 10.07.02, 10.07.03,
10.07.05 and 10.07.06 of the Code of Maryland Regulations (COMAR), without a license
from the Prince George's County Health Department, or anyone who shall operate on
a revoked license, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of One Thousand
Dollars ($1,000.00) or up to six (6) months in confinement or both. Each day of operation
shall constitute a separate offense.
