§ 5-269. Authority to issue regulations.

  • The Director is hereby authorized to promulgate and issue regulations regarding licensing which are necessary to implement the express provisions of this Division and its purpose and intent. Such regulations shall be adopted only after written notice to all licensees and after a public hearing, duly advertised, in the County newspapers of record, giving at least fifteen (15) working days notice, at which time all interested persons shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard.
