§ 5-2611. Manager on premises.

(a)

A licensed manager shall be on duty at an adult entertainment premises during the adult entertainment premises' hours of operation. The name of the manager on duty shall be prominently posted during business hours.

(b)

Any adult entertainment premises found to be operating without a manager on duty shall be closed immediately until a licensed manager arrives for duty at the adult entertainment premises pursuant to Subsection (a) of this Section.

(c)

The manager shall verify that each entertainer performing while the manager is on duty possesses a current and valid entertainer's license, as required by this chapter. The manager shall verify that such adult entertainment license is posted in the manner required by Section 5-2610.
