§ 7-103. Master for juvenile causes; appointment; salary; substitute.

  • A majority of the judges of the circuit court may appoint one or more masters for juvenile causes in accordance with Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article, Section 3-813, and Maryland Rule 2-541. Masters shall be members of the bar of the State of Maryland. Masters shall receive compensation, fees, and costs prescribed by the judges.
