§ 12-158. Removal of rodent-proofing.

  • (a)

    No contractor, public utility or other person shall make any alterations or repairs of a business building or install any wires, conduits, pipes or make installation or for any other reason remove existing rodent-proofing, and not restore the rodent-proofing in a proper condition.

    (b)

    No such person shall make new openings by which rodents may enter business buildings from the ground, or by climbing or burrowing.
