§ 12-167. Coding of perishable foods.

Latest version.

All readily perishable foods, as determined by the Health Officer, shall be coded with the date of processing, or with or in addition to any other system acceptable to the Health Officer. All such coding systems shall be subject to the approval of the Health Officer.
