§ 12-186. Inspections; access.

(a)

The Health Officer shall make inspections of assisted living programs to determine compliance with this Division, the appropriate requirements of the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene, and the health laws of the State and County.

(b)

The Health Officer shall be permitted access to all parts of assisted living facilities during all hours and shall be permitted to inspect all resident records.
