§ 1-112. Effective date of laws, public local laws, amendment or repeal.

No law, public local law, amendment or repeal of any Section hereof shall be operative, in full force and effect, until it has been adopted in the manner prescribed by law and until it has been published in accordance with the provisions of the Charter.
