There is hereby created the Trust for Social Care of Prince George's County, hereinafter
referred to in this Division as the "Trust." The Trust is created for the purpose
of providing aid, including, but not limited to, food, clothing, shelter, and medical
care for the poor, the sick, the aged, the handicapped, and other needy individuals
residing within Prince George's County.
