§ 2-415. Trustees; appointment.

(a)

The powers and duties of the Trust shall be vested in and exercised by a body of five (5) trustees. The initial trustees shall be nominated by the County Executive and confirmed by the County Council within thirty (30) days of such nomination.

(b)

All trustees shall be residents of Prince George's County. Upon the death, resignation or incapacitation of any trustee, a successor trustee shall be nominated by the County Executive and confirmed by the County Council within thirty (30) days of such nomination.
